MC-8 Multi-Channel Power Amplifier

Available in configurations from 2 to 7 channels, the MOON MC-8 was designed with one overwhelming goal in mind: uncompromising reproduction of both the massive dynamics and awe inspiring sonics that accompany today's uncompressed multi-channel audio recordings (Blu-Ray). To accomplish this feat and the numerous engineering challenges that go with it, a whole new approach to the design of multi-channel amplification was required.
Relying on many technologies found in the  highly-acclaimed Evolution Series power amplifiers, numerous physical and electrical constraints had to be overcome to create a multi-channel amplifier where all 7 channels would be capable of identically staggering performance. TVs Becoming Popular Music Source, Study Says

The television is becoming a popular music source, says a new Parks Associates survey.
"Digital Media Habits II" says one-third of U.S. and Canadian broadband households surveyed are using TVs to listen to music.
The survey says TVs ranked about the same as MP3 players.
The report does say two-thirds of those surveyed listen to music regularly on a PC.
"iPods are sexy, but not everybody has one," says John Barrett, director of research at Parks Associates.
"TVs are ubiquitous and increasingly capable of delivering a range of content, especially with new features like digital music delivery and place-shifting services.
"This is just the tip of the iceberg for TV applications.”
Digital Media Habits II was an online survey that queried 2,000 users ages 13 and up.
