"From the standpoint of pure video performance, the Pioneer Elite PRO-FHD1 50-inch 1080p plasma monitor prowls at the top of the flat-panel TV food chain. It's the perfect companion for new HDTV sources like HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc. My only (minor) complaint is that its screen wasn't 15 inches larger, so I could soak in all that high-def detail from my usual couch-potato position!
Seriously, though: If you're going to drop 10 grand on Pioneer's PRO-FHD1, make sure you sit close enough to appreciate its gloriously detailed picture. Canton Vento, Theater Speaker System
"I have long seen Canton advertisements, but until last month, I was never privy to hearing the speakers. It was truly my loss. The full, rich and slightly warm sound, combined with the incredible detail and clarity with which they reproduce music and movies, is exceptional.  Sharp XV-Z3000, DLP Projector
A Bargain
"While other projectors, even ones at the same price point, may offer a little more detail or a little better processing, few can claim to be as flexible as the XV-Z3000. Do you want a projector with a great black level? This is it. Do you want a bright projector to fill a huge screen? This can also be it. Few projectors at any price offer as many adjustments as the XV-Z3000, and with those adjustments the projector comes pretty close to being everything to everyone.
